Hi! We’re Elizabeth and Jonathan, the duo behind your event’s behind-the-scenes magic. As an event entertainment and production team, we believe it’s the little details that make the biggest difference.
From asking what time your presentation starts to syncing effects with the beat of your chosen song—we don’t leave anything to chance. We take the time to understand your timeline, your vision, and how you want things to feel—because your event deserves more than a one-size-fits-all setup.
We arrive early (sometimes before the doors even unlock), walk through every detail of the setup, and communicate with you every step of the way—sometimes a little too much, but only because we care that much. We coordinate with DJs, photographers, and other vendors to make sure everyone’s on the same page and everything flows smoothly.
Even if we’re quietly working in the background—headsets on, eyes on the clock—you can bet we’re fully tuned in, making sure each moment lands exactly how you pictured it.

ELIZABETH & JONATHAN
elizabeth olmos - director of operations & logistics
Elizabeth might seem quiet when you first meet her—but don’t let that fool you. She’s the calm force behind the scenes making sure everything is running right on schedule. From timelines to tech checks, she’s tuned in to every detail.
She’s also your main point of contact—texting, emailing, calling, and responding to your messages on social media. Have a question about your booking? Need a vendor looped in? Want to double-check the setup plan? Elizabeth’s got you.
If things are running smoothly, chances are she’s already five steps ahead.
jonathan olmos - technical director & event specialist
Jonathan is the go-to guy for all things setup, sound, and special effects. As our Technical Director, he handles the heavy lifting and ensures every piece of equipment is in place and working perfectly—before your guests even arrive.
He’s also the team member you’re most likely to see in action—adjusting lighting, running cables, syncing effects, and making sure everything runs smoothly from behind the scenes. But his talents don’t stop there—Jonathan is also a skilled saxophone player and occasionally brings live music to select events, adding a smooth and personal touch to your celebration.
Whether he’s troubleshooting gear or stepping into the spotlight with his sax, Jonathan brings energy, precision, and a whole lot of passion to every event.
